Location: MediaCity, Manchester (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Duties and Responsibilities
* Own the Client Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for client service matters, ensuring swift resolution and clear, confident communication.
* Take full ownership of service cases from start to finish.
* Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date client records.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
* Drive Growth Through Relationships: Understand client needs and proactively recommend solutions that enhance their experience; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely add value; conduct structured outreach to strengthen client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
* Manage Inbound Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally across multiple communication channels; provide clear, accurate information and confidently elevate complex queries where required; ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Education and Experience
* Previous experience within a telephone-based customer services or sales role.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
