The setting provides tailored support across two residential areas to meet a range of needs, from developing independence skills to supporting young people with more complex requirements. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care, emotional support, and guidance to help young people thrive both in the residential environment and alongside their education.
