Job Description:
You will join one of the UK’s leading financial services companies, which have built their success by putting people at the heart of their organization by identifying and delivering products and services that are right for their customers. Due to a recent merger, my client is looking for a Senior PMO to join their Delivery Management team to support project activities, manage Jira incidents and support request queues, and implement configuration enhancements based on user experience, maintain filters/dashboards, and enable Jira adoption.
Main responsibilities
* Facilitate and support multiple delivery disciplines within the portfolio, including risks, dependencies, finances, and resources, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Collaborate with distributed and central PMO colleagues to support effective change delivery and implement metrics to assess progress.
* Manage Jira incidents and support request queues.
* Coordinate among the Central Programme Office, project teams, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure robust governance.
* Manage tool configuration and enhancements, including data import/export processes.
Requirements
* Strong PMO experience.
* Advanced Jira admin skills, including managing incidents, implementing configuration enhancements, and enabling Jira adoption.
* Experience working in an agile environment.
* Proficiency in Office 365.
* Ability to start quickly, confident, and proactive.
* Salary up to £65,000 + up to 20% bonus.
* Hybrid working: 1 day a week in the office.
