Senior Audit Manager
Cambridge
£65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus & Cash Allowance
We are working with a highly reputable firm based in Cambridge who are rapidly growing their audit department and now have requirements from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager.

Your role as a Senior Audit Manager:
* Acting as a major point of contact for the firm, you will work closely with the Directors and Partner to oversee and develop a team of driven and dedicated auditors.
* Liaising directly with the clients across a wide range of corporate audit clients including fast-growing OMBs to large PE backed companies.
* Heavily involved in the development of business proposals and building new relationships.
* Work as a team to support the department as it continues to grow and identify any opportunities for upselling.
What you'll need to succeed:
* You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent with post qualification experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of working within a UK accountancy practice.
* Applicants must already be working in a Senior Manager level position, but there are very clear progression routes to Director within this team.
* Experience of business development including identifying and converting opportunities to sell work.
* Good working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and International GAAS.
* Ability to manage and develop staff.
