We’re currently recruiting for a driven and capable M&E Service Manager to lead a dedicated on-site facilities team for a large and complex public sector estate in Brighton. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across all Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric disciplines. You’ll play a key role in maintaining site compliance, improving operational performance, and ensuring value through effective management of sub-contractors and internal resources.
