Role Overview
The Estates department is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide professional, responsive, and welcoming service to contractors, estate visitors, college staff, and students via face-to-face, telephone, and digital platforms. You will also support management with administrative duties.
This is a part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week, from 9 am to 5 pm. The specific days will be discussed at the interview. As a maternity cover, this position ensures smooth operations within the team.
