We are currently looking for a hard working, enthusiastic trade counter/sales office assistant for our Failsworth Branch in Manchester.
The ideal candidates must have previous experience of working on a busy plumbers merchants trade counter, be flexible in their approach and have a good working attitude.
Knowledge of plumbing, heating and bathroom materials is essential.
Duties:
* Dealing with customer enquiries face to face
* Picking customer orders
* Dealing with customer enquiries/orders over the phone
* Maintain a clean and efficiently merchandised counter area
* Placing orders with suppliers
* Contacting customers via the phone
* To provide an excellent customer service
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment by following safety/company procedures
Hours:
Monday - Friday
8.00am - 5.00pm
1/2 Saturday Morning per month
8.00am noon
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
