We are now looking for a Supervisor to join the Ralph Lauren team at our Frasers Store in Croydon.
POSITION SUMMARY
* Directly responsible for sales and KPI performance in the assigned department(s).
* Partner with Brand Liaison Officer, Frasers buying, and RL wholesale team to identify business opportunities and meet performance goals such as retail sales, increasing AUR, and seasonal sell-outs.
* Lead weekly host store management meetings and participate in regional Ralph Lauren meetings.
* Communicate daily with store staff regarding sales goals, KPIs, product sales, and other relevant information to enhance customer service and achievement of targets.
* Implement and promote customer service initiatives and seek continuous improvement in service quality.
* Assist in recruitment, selection, supervision, and development of team members.
* Conduct performance reviews and develop Personal Development Plans to support staff retention.
* Train and test team members on product knowledge.
* Set clear sales and service goals, providing coaching, training, and feedback regularly.
* Utilize business reports, profiling, and space analysis to inform decisions.
* Maintain the store environment to reflect the brand and adhere to presentation standards.
* Manage replenishment processes aligned with store needs.
* Oversee merchandise installation and ensure standards are maintained.
* Promote and enforce high security standards.
EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
* Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience.
* At least 2 years of store or department management experience in retail or fashion industry.
* Genuine passion for the brand and a strong understanding of the retail market, including competitors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
* Ability to build relationships, promote teamwork, and develop staff.
* Confidence in providing constructive feedback to foster positive change.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Action-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
* Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel and Microsoft Word.
* Team player who recognizes and celebrates team contributions and achievements.
