We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and supportive primary school in Walsall. This full-time role begins in December 2025 and offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Your Role Will Involve: Providing one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Adapting learning resources and approaches to suit individual learning styles
Encouraging pupils confidence, independence, and active participation
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent, effective support
Were Looking for Someone Who: Is a graduate or soon-to-be graduate (all subjects welcome)
Ideally has experience supporting children with SEN (training can be provided)
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every childs success
Is a strong communicator, proactive team player, and eager to develop their skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
