Key Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, ensuring a warm and professional experience
* Assist patients with frame selection and lens options tailored to their lifestyle and prescription needs
* Take accurate measurements and assist in the fitting and adjustment of spectacles
* Handle telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries, appointment bookings, and patient follow‑ups
* Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the practice, including frame displays and waiting areas
* Support dispensing opticians and optometrists in day-to-day clinic operations
* Carry out basic pre‑screening tests using optical equipment (training provided if needed)
* Help with stock management, including ordering and checking deliveries
