Conveyancing Team Manager (Hybrid)
Salary: £45K-£55K (DOE)
Location: Central Cardiff, Wales
We are looking for an experienced conveyancing team manager to join and lead a team of property lawyers at the Cardiff office. This a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, modern conveyancing firm that utilises the latest technology to streamline the conveyancing process.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong Conveyancing experience - Ideally 5+ years
* Proven track record of successfully managing a team of conveyancers
* Passion for mentoring and developing others
* The drive and energy to motivate your team
The role:
* Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team
* Develop individual team members
* Support Senior Operations Managers in annual processes
* Workload distribution
* Resource planning
* Facilitate and chair regular team meetings
