We are working with a dedicated special educational needs school in Exeter who are committed to providing an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for young people. This is for the position of learning support assistant on a full time basis.
Our school is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual who will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with a range of special educational needs. This is a rewarding role that requires patience, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed. You must also be able to communicate effectively with both adults and children.
Whilst previous experience is not essential, a willingness to learn is essential. You will receive extensive support and guidance throughout your employment. You may be asked to work with students on a 1:1 basis or specialise with a specific class or subject, depending on your areas of expertise and strengths.

This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, term time only.
