Mechanical Engineer We are working with a key client, founded in 1960, is a “Leader by Design” of high and low-pressure cartridge valves, reducing stations, and manifolds for critical and demanding applications. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their business in Oldham. Key requirements for the Mechanical Engineer: * Must have over 6 years working experience as Mechanical Engineer * We require Degree in Mechanical Engineering * Experience of Solid Edge software used 3D modelling would be beneficial but we will consider other 3D modelling software's * Must have extensive experience of variety of Materials (metals predominately) * Must have a proven background in adherence to quality requirements * Any experience of Valves would be advantageous * Experience of project management as well as customer facing would be advantageous * We require someone who will in the future be able manage a small team of engineers and have the ability to transition into a management role * The role is very customer focused and experience of liaising with external customers would be a distinct advantage The successful Mechanical Engineer will be rewarded with a succession plan to move you to a management role, an excellent salary, free onsite parking and benefits TBC.
