A specialist provision in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire seeks a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students with additional learning needs.
The school provides a structured and therapeutic environment where students receive personalised support to aid their development, both academically and socially.
The provision works with Special Educational Needs, such as:

* Communication and interaction challenges

Responsibilities:
* Support students during lessons and learning activities
* Deliver small-group or individual support
* Assist teachers with adapted resources
* Encourage independence and confidence
* Help maintain a positive classroom environment
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience supporting SEN pupils
* Experience working with young people
* Patient, supportive and adaptable approach
* Passion in education or specialist support roles
