Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (Depending on Experience)

Mechanical or Electrical Design Engineer to join our clients Oxford-based team.

What You’ll Do:
* Design mechanical or electrical systems for a range of building projects
* Make sure designs meet safety and legal standards
* Work with contractors and clients to ensure quality installation
* Help lead and support junior team members
* Assist with project planning, budgets, and timelines
* Be involved in meetings and help manage project delivery
* Support the business with tender and fee proposals
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in building services design (mechanical or electrical)
* Strong communication and team skills
* Understanding of regulations and health & safety
* Ability to manage projects and coordinate with others
