The Role: Youll handle motor claims from cradle to grave within the insurers delegated authority, ensuring each claim is managed efficiently and in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities will include: Managing FNOL and third-party motor claims through to settlement. Assessing liability and indemnity, ensuring claims are validated against policy terms. Appointing and liaising with various stakeholders including engineers, repairers, solicitors, and recovery agents when required. Maintaining accurate claims reserves, processing payments, and handling recoveries or subrogation where applicable. Delivering excellent customer service to policyholders, insurers, and third parties while adhering to best practice guidelines. About You: Youll have solid experience handling motor claims, ideally including third-party and insurer-delegated schemes. Youll be confident in assessing liability, making decisions within authority limits, and managing your caseload with accuracy and professionalism.
