This role sits within our Customer & Building Safety team and is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of performance against Electrical, Gas, and Water Hygiene standards. You will work closely with the Customer and Building Safety Manager, the Compliance Contracts Manager, and key stakeholders such as Housing and Repairs staff, contractors, and suppliers. The role involves leading operational contract meetings, conducting compliance inspections, and ensuring standards are met, with management actions prioritized. You will serve as the subject matter expert within our team, providing best practice guidance and advice to colleagues. Additionally, you will review Habinteg's practices to identify areas for continuous improvement in service delivery. About You
We seek an experienced professional passionate about compliance, with excellent communication skills, organization, and approachability. As this is a managerial role, some experience in staff management is required. You should have extensive knowledge of compliance areas and contract administration, including JCT, NEC, and TPC. Familiarity with relevant building safety legislation and regulations, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development, is essential.
