Sysco GB is recruiting for a Fleet Compliance Business Partner to join the Fleet Compliance team. This is a full-time role with a salary of up to GBP 0 annually.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Fleet Compliance and collaborate with various teams across Sysco GB to ensure driver and vehicle compliance. Responsibilities include analyzing compliance data, supporting transport and fleet teams, and maintaining adherence to DVSA Earned Recognition standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze vehicle fleet compliance, including maintenance and safety inspections.
* Ensure driver compliance aligns with KPIs, working time directives, and tachograph regulations.
* Monitor MOT pass rates and collaborate with the engineering team to improve performance.
* Support compliance with Traffic Commissioner undertakings and O-licence requirements.
* Assist depots with compliance training and audits.
* Oversee vehicle walkaround procedures and audit compliance.
* Manage compliance projects and report on performance metrics.
* Review operator’s licences and handle non-conformities.
* Prepare reports for DVSA and handle enforcement interactions.
* Conduct depot investigations and collaborate on departmental projects.
* Maintain and develop compliance policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile:
Applicants should hold a transport management CPC qualification, possess extensive knowledge of DVSA guidelines, and demonstrate high personal integrity. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to compliance. Willingness to travel within the UK is essential.
