Key Responsibilities
* Support the coordination of multiple projects from initiation through to completion
* Act as a key point of contact between internal departments, suppliers, and clients
* Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and trackers
* Monitor project progress and flag any risks or delays
* Assist with procurement, logistics, and planning activities
* Prepare reports and attend project meetings, capturing actions and updates
* Ensure adherence to company processes and health & safety standards
Candidate Profile
* Open to recent graduates (construction, engineering, business, or related disciplines preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
