Service Administrator

About the role
As a Service Administrator in Zurich Municipal, you’ll support day‑to‑day running of the team, maintain records and support colleagues across the business to deliver a high‑quality service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and likes being part of a collaborative team. Training and support are provided from day one.
What you will do
* Work closely with the Service Team and colleagues across Zurich Municipal to support day‑to‑day service activity.
* Monitor shared inboxes and voicemails, responding promptly and escalating where needed.
* Process documentation and update records accurately.
* Complete regular administrative tasks in line with team and business requirements.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident working with a range of people across the business. Previous insurance or financial services experience is not required; the key matters are willingness to learn, attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality service.
