Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee General Services and drive operational excellence in our London office. The Head of General Services will be responsible for facilities management, ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

The London Head of General Services will oversee the General Services department within the London office, with responsibilities including:
* Developing and implementing strategies to ensure efficient office management and high-quality service delivery.
* Directing and coordinating all general services activities.
* Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies across multiple office locations.
* Managing facility operations, encompassing maintenance, renovations, and security measures.
* Overseeing Health and Safety protocols, including Fire Evacuation Procedures and Display Screen Equipment assessments.
* Administering budgets, forecasts, procurement processes, and contract negotiations for general services.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to organize premises-related insurance
* Planning and managing both internal events and the hosting of market engagements.
* Coordinating with IT and HR departments to address organizational requirements.
* Contributing to the achievement of the Net Zero Carbon initiative and other sustainability objectives.
* Supervising a diverse team of professionals and support staff.
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the department.
* Analyzing departmental performance metrics and preparing reports.
* Participating in emergency response planning and crisis management across office locations.
We are ideally looking for someone who has the following experience and competencies from a similar financial services environment
Required experience & competencies
* Excellent experience within Facilities Management, with at least some of them in a leadership capacity, ideally within a multinational corporation.
* Background in facilities management, procurement, and operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Education
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field is required
