Duties of the Service Advisor include:
8. Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
9. Quoting and upselling services and repairs
10. Booking appointments and managing workshop workflow
11. Communicating effectively with technicians and customers
12. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
13. Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
14. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a Main Dealer environment
15. Excellent communication and customer service skills
16. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
17. Knowledge of automotive systems and dealership processes
18. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
