We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.
About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain consistency, creativity, and efficiency in every dish we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
Manage and maintain your section of the kitchen.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times. Assist in training and supporting junior staff.
Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
Passion for food and a commitment to high standards.
A team player with good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
