Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage and progress a varied caseload of high-value litigation matters for high net worth clients.
* Provide strategic, commercially minded advice across a wide range of contentious issues.
* Prepare high-quality pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions.
* Navigate complex factual and legal issues with confidence and clarity.
* Maintain strong client communication and build long-term trusted relationships.
* Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and settlement discussions.
* Support wider business development and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with strong litigation experience.
* Proven background working with high net worth clients or high-value disputes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong drafting ability and confident case management skills.
* Comfortable managing complex matters with minimal supervision.
* Effective communicator with a client-centred approach.
* Commercially astute with the ability to advise on risk, strategy, and outcomes.
