Life as a Operations Administrator
The purpose of the Operations Administrator is to support the daily administration of
manufacturing operations. This exciting opportunity to join our busy team to cover a period of parental leave!
We have a friendly manufacturing & warehouse and believe that our people are our strength. This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
In more detail your role will include:
● Logging the manufacturing paperwork into the ERP system (Odoo) and ensuring detail aligns with specified requirements
● Making administrative adjustments to the system when issues are highlighted to ensure correct ordering takes place
● To review ingredient lists and ensure correlation within the system
● General ad-hoc administration as and when required
● Troubleshoots and resolves any system issues
● Providing administrative support to the manufacturing team, covering a variety of tasks and projects
We would love to hear from you if you:
● Have at least 1 year administration experience
● Experience of data entry, systems and system interrogation is a must
● Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines with strong attention to detail
● Ability to work as part of a small team
