Your Role
The focus of your role, as an ERP Architect, will be two‑fold.
* Support development of large clients’ ERP target architectures and roadmaps
* Create domain architectures as part of the wider enterprise transformation roadmap
Additional Responsibilities
* Business – leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch, event hosting
* Internal contribution – campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events), offering development
* Learning & Development – training, career development, certifications, skill demand support
Profile Requirements
* Experience defining the architecture, design and implementation of Oracle solutions in one or more business domains
* Knowledge of Oracle technology and its application to best‑in‑class operating models across industries
* Experience with technologies commonly implemented with Oracle solutions (cloud IaaS & PaaS, IAM, data platforms, service management, automation, IoT, OT, API management)
* Demonstrated knowledge of architecture frameworks, system design, integration and data management
* Business relevance, understanding operational managers and users, articulating leading practices for enterprise operating models
* Evidence of contributing to customers’ business strategies, identifying the right mix of business and technology solutions for Oracle applications
* Ability to support clients on digital transformations for ERP solutions
* Ability to build strong relationships with teams, senior leadership and alliance partners
* Ability to develop junior digital architects through line management, mentoring and learning development
Security Clearance
You must be cleared or eligible to obtain a UK Security Clearance.
Domain Experience
Experience architecting solutions for multiple operating‑model domains. At least two of the following:
* Financial Management and Operations
* Workforce and Payroll Management
* Procurement and Supplier Management
* HR Data Migration and Integration
* Finance Data Migration and Integration
Awareness of sustainability optimisation within these domains and ability to demonstrate assurance in regulated reporting. Experience of Industry 4.0 technologies including integration of IT and OT, analytic platforms and deployment of autonomous and AI solutions at enterprise level.
Certifications (desired)
* Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Modules
* Oracle Project Management
* Oracle Certified Master Architect
* Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect
* Oracle Integration Cloud
General Architecture Skills (desired)
* TOGAF
* Repository tools for architecture information management and decision support
* Common modelling standards
* Agile delivery methods, particularly architects’ roles
