Debenham High School Address: Gracechurch Street, Debenham, Suffolk IP14 6BL Salary: £28,142 - £29,540 per annum (Based on April 2025 pay scales) Hours: Full time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Contract: Permanent, required from April 2026 Reference: 8503 We are seeking a talented ICT Technician to provide an efficient and effective ICT Technical Support service to the school including support, maintenance and development of the school’s ICT resources. The role includes providing technical support across the school, providing and maintaining the ICT resources required by staff and students. You will configure and test ICT equipment and networks, including hardware, peripherals and software, and monitor the performance of network infrastructure, software and hardware, diagnosing and resolving faults as necessary. You will have practical experience of working in an ICT networking environment, with a good understanding of general ICT equipment and networking and an awareness of current ICT issues and trends. The ability to communicate effectively with staff and students alike is essential. Hours required: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Mondays to Thursdays, 8.30am – 4pm Fridays.
