Role Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders on time and accurately through the SAP system.
* Dealing with diverse contacts such as grocers, wholesalers, high street retailers, and fast food outlets.
* Supporting operational processes to optimize cost and service metrics while delighting customers.
* Managing customer concerns, complaints, and supply issues by ensuring effective communication, trend analysis, and corrective actions.
* Handling delivery issues by liaising with customers and stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
* Building mutually beneficial relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Skills and Competencies
* Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills to build excellent customer relationships.
* Proficiency in PC skills and Excel; familiarity with SAP or Salesforce preferred.
* Organized and methodical approach to work.
