Overview
Location: Lyneham, nr Swindon
Salary: To £26,500 + Full Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced 1st Line IT Support Engineer with SC Security Clearance (or able to obtain, or Lapsed SC Clearance), to join a leading IT Support company, based on site at a very large and prestigious site in Lyneham near to Swindon and Chippenham.
Responsibilities
* 1st Line support IT Support
* Telephone and Deskside support
* Building, imaging and deploying laptops using Intune and or SCCM
* Server Administration - Active Directory
* User support MS Office
* Upgrades, new installations etc.
* Audio Visual
* Basic understanding of Network Support - LAN, WAN and Wifi would be a bonus
Qualifications
* Security Cleared - ideally SC level (will consider lapsed or the ability to obtain)
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar 1st line support position.
* This would particularly suit anyone from an MOD background
* A good team player.
* A full UK driving licence as there will be onsite and offsite work
Any experience working in a Government or military background, would be beneficial although not essential.
