Business Development Representative (BDR) - Remote

Role Overview: As a BDR at Loxo, you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
* Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
* Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain and update CRM with accurate information.
* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven experience in a BDR or similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hungry & motivated!
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
