If you're an existing Private Client Solicitor that's ambitious, driven, and ready to make a name for yourself in the law industry, this role could see you quickly progress to Head of Legal, shaping the strategy and success of a growing team.
What's involved for the Private Client Solicitor.
* Advising clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Trusts and Probates.
* Handling probate and administration of estates.
* Drafting and managing trusts and related documentation.
* Building strong relationships with an existing client base of over 1,000 individuals.
* Supporting and shaping the development of the legal division for a new subsidiary.
* Building and leading your own legal team to drive company growth
* Working closely with senior management to develop processes, strategy, and innovative ways to grow the legal function.
What you'll need.
* Qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience.
* Experience in Wills, LPAs, probate, and trusts.
* Strong client care, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ambition to lead, grow, and make an impact within a legal team.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
* Experience in estate planning and inheritance tax matters desirable.
