The Vacancy OVERALL SUMMARY Supporting Close Brothers Asset Management's Third Party Management (TPM) function, this role will work closely with the Relationship Owners of our third party suppliers. Support the TPM function in their management of the supplier lifecycle, from on-boarding through to termination. Develop effective relationships with other areas of the business to ensure alignment and endorsement of supplier management activities. This role is ideally suited to someone early on their career in third party management who is seeking a role where they can stand out and make an impact. RESPONSIBILITIES Ongoing administration of the Third Party Management (TPM) System, providing training and guidance on how to use the system where required Support the TPM Manager with ongoing developments and enhancements of the Third Party Management System Perform ongoing monitoring and risk assurance activities on CBAMs supplier portfolio Process new supplier onboarding requests and complete the necessary due diligence and risk assurance activities where required Collate supplier management information to a required standard and timeframe, highlighting any key risks to the wider TPM Team Work with stakeholders to ensure that supplier relationships are managed in line with CBAM TPM standards and procedures Support supplier management meetings, change management, renewal strategies, exit strategies and transitional arrangements across CBAM's supplier portfolio when required. Support the Third Party Oversight Committee (TPOC) secretary with meeting agenda and information required for monthly meetings. Ensure continuous improvement opportunities are delivered across the third party lifecycle, support supplier performance management where required.
