My client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager Education Recruitment Consultant to establish and develop a new Education Recruitment desk within the team. This key position encompasses a full 360 recruitment role, including significant business development to build and strengthen relationships within the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and growth of a new Education Recruitment desk. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement. Develop and implement business strategies to expand our client base. Deliver exceptional service that meets our high standards and client expectations. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Education Recruitment preferably in SEN or Tuition. Experience working at no more than two companies, demonstrating stability and commitment. Proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
