Working within the Reward team, the Reward Data Specialist will support the delivery of data reporting for the Global Reward team at Klipboard. As the Reward Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role supporting all data needs within the team including creating salary bands, the annual merit cycle, bonus calculations, Gender pay gap and other ad hoc pieces of analysis required. You will work across all company geographies compiling and reporting on data from disparate systems to enable business to have a total view on various payroll, benefit, and pension data points.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the annual compensation cycle, including salary reviews, bonus, and incentive plans by preparing spreadsheets to support each process.
2. Design internal equity-based salary bands to support the Job Architecture.
3. Update internal equity-based salary bands on a quarterly basis and upon request.
4. Compile and prepare reports to support annual Gender pay gap requirements.
5. Extract data from HRIS and create benefit enrollment files to supply to insurance brokers/carriers.
6. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting of reward initiatives and processes.
7. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on compensation data.
8. Prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
9. Provide reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc basis as required.
10. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
11. Compile data to assist with audits and statutory reporting requirements.
12. Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives within the Reward team.
13. Ensure GDPR compliance in handling sensitive employee data.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

14. Strong numeracy and high attention to detail
15. Competence with HRIS/HCM systems
16. 1-3 years of experience working with HR, payroll and benefit related data.
17. A strong eye for detail with an innate desire for accuracy
18. Proficient in effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
19. Ability to take responsibility for own work.
20. Ability to maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
21. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
22. High standards of work and performance.
23. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
24. Exposure to visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
25. Effective collaborator with a ‘can do’ attitude.
26. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
