Job Title: Supervisor Salary: £220 – £240 per day Location: London Industry: Fire Protection – Passive Fire Sector: High-End Residential Job Type: Full-time We are representing a leading passive fire protection contractor seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee site-based delivery across multiple luxury residential developments in Central and South East London. You will play a key role in coordinating operatives, maintaining site quality, and supporting the Site and Contracts Managers in delivering passive fire protection projects seamlessly across prestigious residential schemes. Key Responsibilities for a Supervisor * Supervise daily passive fire protection works across high-end residential sites. * Coordinate operatives and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to programme. * Act as a professional point of contact on site, supporting the Site Manager and Contracts Manager. * Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and ensure works meet FRA specifications. * Monitor progress against programme, reporting updates to senior management. * Uphold health & safety standards, ensuring RAMS and CDM requirements are followed. * Assist with site documentation, compliance records, and handover processes. * Support continuous improvement and contribute to efficient project delivery.
