Are you seeking an opportunity to be part of a supportive HR team?
We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead on a permanent basis.
What will you be doing:
* Dealing will general HR queries and providing guidance
* Leading Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management
* Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding
* Keeping employee records up to date and compliance
* Ensuring policies and procedures are relevant and up to date
* Supporting with key projects and initiatives as they arise
What are they looking for:
* HR Generalist experience
* A strong level of ER knowledge
* Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
* CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
