Key Responsibilities
* Build and strengthen client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor in supply chain areas such as operations, planning, procurement and manufacturing.
* Lead project delivery, manage projects to completion, and ensure quality exceeds client expectations.
* Develop and nurture high-performing teams, support career counselling and foster an inclusive leadership culture.
* Contribute to business development: develop proposals, engage the market with thought leadership and enhance methodologies.
* Drive operational excellence: support successful delivery of projects and workstreams and manage activities and deliverables within remit.
Experience & Qualifications
Senior Managers bring practical experience from professional services or industry with strong technical and managerial experience.
Technical Skills
* Supply Chain Transformation: end-to-end transformation experience with significant scope and scale.
* Digital Supply Chain / Supply Chain Technology: implementing planning, manufacturing and procurement systems, including next-generation technologies such as RPA, AI.
* Supply Chain Planning: functional experience (demand, supply, S&OP, inventory optimisation, production scheduling) and technology experience with OMP, Kinaxis, o9, Aera, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, SAP S/4 HANA.
* Commercial & Procurement: strategic, operational or transactional procurement across the purchasing lifecycle, including procurement technology and analytics; experience with SAP Ariba.
* Operating Model Transformation: end-to-end operating model experience covering strategy, design, transformation and implementation.
* Supply Chain Strategy: operating model design, segmentation strategy and inventory optimisation.
Education & Membership
Professional body membership or qualifications (e.g., CIPS, IACCM) is encouraged.
