Position Summary:
This full-time position is within our Supply Chain team working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office).
We're looking for a proactive
Supply Chain Coordinator
who takes pride in keeping every detail aligned to ensure processes are moving forwards. You'll have variety of tasks from coordinating international logistics, to nailing the details on documentation and compliance. You'll play a hands-on role in making sure our global operations run seamlessly. Working side by side with the Logistics Manager, your expertise will help streamline processes, boost data accuracy, and bring transparency to every corner of our supply chain.
You'll collaborate closely with various other departments in the business including Quality, Product Management and Finance while also liaising with external partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who with a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion to learn more about Supply Chain Operations.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Support the team with daily supply chain operations to ensure processes are running smoothly.
* Coordinate global logistics for pharmaceutical shipments, ensuring deliveries are on time, compliant, and stress-free.
* Manage order and shipment documentation, staying aligned with international regulations and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
* Support with customs clearance processes, proactively solving import/export challenges and collaborating with freight partners.
* Drive standardisation and efficiency by developing, updating, and maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
* Map the full product supply chain, tracking suppliers, logistics partners, and transportation modes to boost transparency and traceability.
* Visualise and document process flows, helping teams understand operations and spot opportunities for improvement.
* Keep the inventory management database accurate and up to date, ensuring seamless system alignment.
* Maintain ERP product data with precision, safeguarding master data integrity.
The following skills and experience will be important in helping to set you up to succeed and thrive in this role:
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare supply chains would be beneficial plus GxP or Quality exposure is a bonus.
* Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
* Familiarity with customs clearance procedures is an advantage.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communicator with stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised and efficient.
* Builds strong relationships across teams and with external partners, making things happen smoothly.
