Your new role
As a Housing Support Worker, you’ll provide direct, person-centred support to individuals across Leamington Spa or Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll act as a keyworker, helping people to develop life skills, maintain tenancies, and access essential services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering one-to-one support in homes, hubs, and themunity
2. Coordinating support plans and liaising with external agencies
3. Supporting with budgeting, benefits, and appointments
4. Promoting independence, wellbeing, and recovery
5. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service development
This is a mobile role requiring travel across the region, with an office base and occasional home working by agreement.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
6. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
7. Experience supporting vulnerable individuals (desirable)
8. Strong interpersonal andmunication skills
9. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
10. A flexible, empathetic, and proactive approach
11. Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn
12. Amitment to equality, diversity, and continuous development
An NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in a social care field is desirable but not essential.
