We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join the team of a well-established and highly regarded company in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative tasks, and who are seeking a stable and rewarding career. In this role, you will become an integral part of a close-knit administrative team responsible for supporting the overall operations of the business. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a hands-on team environment. While recent experience in bookkeeping and payroll is preferable, the employer is willing to provide full training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monthly bank reconciliation
* Pay Corporation Tax
* Prepare and upload sales invoice onto SAGE
* Request and chase Purchase Orders
* Enter all payroll information from working hours and overtime of staff
* Input all pension information correctly into the system
* Assisting with any adhoc admin duties
To excel in this role, you must have:
* Experience working within Payroll or Bookkeeping
* Experience in using SAGE or other accountancy software
* The ability to use spreadsheets
* A team player and enjoys helping others
* Performance related annual bonus
