Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude. Who possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills. With previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, preferably or a positive attitude and passion to learn. Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly disposition to smile. Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekend work.
