Head of Sales
We are looking for a senior sales professional for a client of ours within the energy industry to take on a role as their Head of Sales who will be responsible for expanding the business commercial client base, identifying opportunities for new business and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Acquire mid-market and commercial accounts, covering both electricity and gas customers.
* Create and enable innovative ways to generate leads, discover potential clients and opportunities before converting to sales.
* Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
* Provide trustworthy feedback and pre-sales support.
* Build initial relationships with new customers/prospects.
* Help to plan sales campaigns.
Experience:
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a confident approach to sales.
* Experience in negotiating and selling products and contracts.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to selling and developing new business.
* Energy industry experience would be advantageous but isnt necessary to be successful in the role.
Location Remote - occasional travel to sites
Start Date: ASAP
Salary:£70,000 - £85,000 + Bonus
