Description
As a Clinical Negligence Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:
* Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
* Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Draft and review documentation, including pleadings and witness statements.
* Engage in settlement negotiations and liaise effectively with opposing parties.
* Support junior team members by sharing expertise and offering guidance when needed.
* Conduct research to stay updated on changes in clinical negligence law.
* Maintain strong client relationships and uphold professional standards at all times.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the team's success and overall objectives.
Profile
A successful Clinical Negligence Associate/Senior Associate should have:

* Qualified solicitor status with an excellent understanding of legal procedures.
