As part of our continued growth, we are pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Manchester, United Kingdom.

We are currently seeking a professional and proactive Secretary / Personal Assistant to join our team. This role will be based in Manchester, with occasional travel required to the UAE and GCC region to support our regional operations and teams.

Job Description:

As a Secretary / Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Manchester office and providing high-level administrative support to senior management. You will serve as a key point of contact, handling confidential information, managing schedules, and coordinating travel and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across time zones
* Handle correspondence, emails, and calls in a professional and timely manner
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
* Liaise with internal departments and external partners across the UAE and GCC
* Maintain confidential records and office files
* Assist with office management tasks and ensure efficient daily operations
* Support in organizing events, conferences, and corporate meetings

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role
* English & Arabic Speaking
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to travel occasionally to UAE and GCC countries
