Business Support Officer needed in Bristol Paying £13.05 per hr ref 5271468 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities • Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders, resolving routine matters at the point of contact. • Contribute to a range of business support services for one or more service areas. • Carry out administrative and financial transactions. • Prepare and provide documentation and information within guidelines. • Ensure that all work is carried out within local guidance and legislation. • Contribute to process improvements. • To communicate effectively with colleagues, internal customers and external agencies • Work may occasionally involve direct contact with difficult customers (prior to escalation). • To complete work that will be routine, allocated and supervised and with minimal discretion Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
