Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business performance tracking.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to meet financial goals.
5. Support cost control initiatives by providing detailed variance analysis.
6. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver relevant financial insights.
8. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
10. Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-Qualified Management Accountant should have:
11. A recognised part-qualification in a professional accounting body such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
12. Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
14. Knowledge of accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
15. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
16. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
