Description * Graduate Consultant – SaaS Sales Recruitment * Market Leading Sales Recruitment Consultancy * Up to £30k base £120k OTE (uncapped) Our client has been voted in the top 5 most profitable recruitment businesses in the country with offices in the UK & US. They work on a Business Development and Delivery model going against the grain of the traditional 360 route and it works They are looking to add to their Delivery function to join a team of highly motivated, leading delivery consultants. What the Graduate Consultant will be doing: * Candidate sourcing – using various sourcing techniques to identify, engage and attract qualified candidates. * Screening and assessment – conduct thorough screening interviews with candidates both over the phone and video. * Build bespoke talent pools within your specific niche. * Market research. * Maintaining internal candidate databases What the Graduate Consultant should bring: * Ideally experience in an outbound sales role * Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to success * Knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends What the Graduate Consultant will get in return: You will receive a basic salary of up to £30,000 £120k OTE (uncapped) with established delivery consultants doing £150k ,full training provided, mapped out progression, international travel opportunities & much, much more What do next: Apply now and get in touch with Rosie
