The role would suit an experienced CEIAG Careers Advisor looking to work closely with our Careers Lead to deliver an outstanding student experience within the framework of the Gatsby benchmarks.

Careers Advisor Positions Available
* Post 1: Full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
* Post 2: Working 37 hours per week, over 40 working weeks per year.
Interviews will be held on 19 August 2025.
Key Duties
* Provide one-to-one support to students across the College, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and goals.
* Contribute to planning, organizing, and delivering the careers provision.
* Host and deliver careers masterclasses in collaboration with the Careers Lead.
* Offer advice and guidance to potential new students at open days, transition events, and on-demand as needed.
* Work towards and achieve Level 6 CIEAG Qualification, Level 3 AET/teaching qualification, and Level 2 Customer Service qualification, or be willing to do so.
* Experience in careers education and guidance, working with young people to inspire and motivate.
