Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Chef located in Broadstairs. The Hospitality Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing the hospitality menu, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Daily tasks include preparing the menu, ensuring all items are in srock and prepped, meal preparation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The role also involves collaborating with staff to create memorable dining experiences and managing inventory and kitchen supplies.
Qualifications
* Exceptional cooking and food preparation skills
* Menu planning and ingredient sourcing experience
* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
* Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* NVQ or equivalent certification is beneficial
* Passion for creating high-quality, nutritious meals
Salary Negotiable, but for the right candidate with proven exceptional skills, the pay is well above market expectations.
