Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Standish
Salary: £89.44 – £100 per day (based on experience)
A well-established nursery in Standish is looking for a qualified Level 3 Practitioner to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive setting that values curiosity, creativity, and child-led learning.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
* Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* A warm, professional approach with a genuine passion for early years education.
* Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
* Team player with strong communication skills.
Your Role:
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
* Provide high-quality care and build strong relationships with children and families.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, stimulating environment.
* Support children’s individual needs and promote positive outcomes.
